Stable, fast, and pilot
Stable is meant for most devices, fast is meant for teams comfortable validating changes earlier, and pilot is meant for a smaller test surface that helps catch workflow issues before wider rollout.
Promote changes safely
The best release process is not only technical. It includes ownership, approval, and confirmation that internal software and recurring workflows remain healthy after a new engine update ships.
Signals to watch after an update
After a promotion, watch for new alert volume, CPU pressure, restore requests, device drift, and unusual exclusion requests. These are often the earliest signals of rollout friction.
